Benefits of Membership:
1.Kaw Valley Seeds Project members can buy or exchange seeds at lower member rates.
2.Members may acquire any of the seeds available through the Project.
3.Members receive free technical assistance, consulting services, and use of technical equipment needed, such as shellers, sifters, etc.
4.Members may attend free any training workshops and community events.
5.Member support enables the Project to manage the Reserve with special attention to quality, including storage, documentation, and histories of the seeds.
A Sincere Thank You to all local elders, Central Prairie Seed Exchange, and Seed Savers Exchange members for their sincere work at saving many of our basic seeds here in the central prairie, and doing the “backyard research” that has made their seed available to us today.
Membership: Membership is open to all. Growing seed and saving seed is encouraged but not a requirement.
